BENGALURU, India, Oct 25, 2026 - ISRO will operate four orbital launch pads by 2029, chairman V Narayanan stated publicly.[1] No construction schedule or final site locations were released alongside the announcement. Separately, the Korea AeroSpace Administration has scheduled the next launch of its Nuri rocket for 12:25pm local time from the Naro Space Center in Goheung. Administrator Oh Tae-seok confirmed the launch timing on 7 October 2026.[2] Space Nugget. Launch pads are the hard limiting factor for national launch cadence. Each pad requires days of turnaround between missions, and total pad count sets the maximum number of launches an agency can attempt each year.
